Feb 12th

Decided I need to start doing my jillian cardio video again. I saw great results when I did, and I am missing those results. SO with that said, jillian cardio, and I only got in 3.17 miles these shin splints are killing me!!!

feb 10th

jillian level 3 ran 4.2 on the tm.

Monthly Goal report. Haven't been eating that well, Havent gained any weight but I am not seeing the results I was before. Only lost .25 inches and 1 lb this month. so going to have to crack down

monday feb 8th

Ran a good 4.16 on the tm was going for 6, but my lovely children woke up!!! So had to cut is short. But I tell ya something about having a fan in front of the tm makes it easier to run. I am a real sweater, so that fan make ME feel like I can run forever, could have easily got another 2 miles. Must be making progress huh? Then I got the kiddos breakfast, and did Jillian shred level 3. Still looking for a close 10k on a sat. If anyone knows of one let me know!!!

PS I think the shin splints are starting to disappear. So glad I trained through them!!!

Saturday Feb 6th

Today I had a great run!!! I started with jillian trouble zones, and then I got a very rare treat. I got to run on the trail with no stroller full of kids!!! Woohoo!!! No stroller to push, I even got told by a couple of runners that I had a fast pace and they were impressed. I guess all of that stroller pushing really helps. Anyways I ran 7 miles. I forgot to check and see what time I left, but I think it took about an hour. Not bad. I think I see a 10k in the near future. Looking for one close by, was going to do the orting foothills race but it is on the same day as the hope for little hearts auction. Dang it!!! Oh well I will figure soemthing out. I am now only 20 miles behind where I should be to be caught up to the tall mom chalenge!!! Speaking of Tall Mom saw her and a old friend from high school on the trail, that was nice!!! Hope to see you guys again!!

Friday Feb 5th

Well didn't have much time for working out today between doc appointments and such. But I got it in because I CAN!!! Got 4.32 miles and jillian trouble zones.

So that is a total of 68.04
miles out of 1000!!!

Missed one day this week, but will do better next week. Monthly goal report to come on the 10th!!

Thurs Feb 4th

DId not want to work out today. Then I watched these videos. Um How can I say no after this. Just a little inspiration for your day.

Here they are competing. How could I not workout after seeing this? If this man can swim pulling his grown son in a lifeboat, i can run.


Anyways So needless to say after watching this I did jillian trouble zones. I felt like I could run a million miles on the treadmill, but mommy duty called. so I only got in 4.32. I have a new sense of "can". Now there is no I don't know if I can, just of course I can.

Wed Feb 3rd

So for those of you who have horses, (which I don't think is any of my followers) roundpenning a green 2 year old colt is quite the workout. He was pulling on that lunge rope the entire time. Anyways Long story short. Wore my pedometer out there I was running in circles for 25 minutes and got in .42 miles. Not bad. Except I think I pinched a nerve in my shoulder. So I woke up in time to work out this morning, but didn't because my shoulder hurt so bad. But later in the afternoon I knew I had to do it. All I could think of was jillian saying "remember you have no idea what you can do until you try." So I did Jillian Trouble Zones and ran on the treadmill got 5.16 miles. It was def hard, with the shoulder and shin splints but gonna try some stretches today to make them go away. I need to get some pics on here!!! Anyways tata for now.

Tues Feb 3

Did jillian tough zones. Man my abs need work, they are week!!! On a happier note I got in 6.63 miles today on the tm. WOOHOO!!!
