Woohoo!!!!!!!!!!! Great day!!!! Didn't work out until the end of the day. But I did my jillian and got.... are you ready des..... 7.52 miles in 90 minutes. I know the time isn't great and I had to stop I think 5 times for a mmm... 20 second or so water break. But hey I did it right!!!!!!!!!

did my jillian and did 6.31 miles on treadmill, not very many stops for water, and did it in 75 minutes!!!!!!!

today had to be a rest day. Had a crazy day no time for work out. :(

did 4 miles with the running group. skipped my jillian though. :(

I only had to do cardio today, only got in 60minutes and 4.75 miles, but at least I did it right? That was with my warm up and cool down.

Did my jillian and ran on the treadmill. I ran for 75 minutes and got 6.25 miles. I can't wait for the day i can say 7 miles. It will be great!!!!!!!!! Also I had my weigh in today.......I lost.......(you like the biggest looser making you wait effect) 3lbs thi sweek woohoo!!! Jillian michaels rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So a total of 6 lbs. Because I WILL KEEP THIS UP I will lose 20lbs by the auction!!! Like The positive thinking?

Did my work out. It was great. I did 6.21 miles in 75 minutes. I know it is not a great time, but it's progress right? I missed my workout tuesday, but that is okay, we are still on the right track!!!!

January 19th

Lost 3 lbs last week. Had a great workout!!! Got 6.18 miles in 75 minutes!!!!!!!!!!! Woohoo!!!!!!!!

So I did my jillian work out and ran. But I waited till night time so I only was able to do 3 miles. I got to tired toward the end so I walked the last quarter. I regret it now. I should have stuck it out. It took me 36 min in all. Still not a great time. Prob could have done it in 34 had I not walked. Oh well.

Okay des I know I am copying you, but I thought I would start posting my workout progress so I can keep track. So today I did my jillian workout and treadmill for 75 minutes. I only got 6 miles. But a girls gotta start somewhere. Above is my wall of inspiration. I know it is not very pretty and well put together but I didn't have a frame. Again quote stole from des. (she has a lot of great ideas!!!)
