so havent posted in awhile
Been doing jillians workout videos, all three of them. Started october 12th, trying really hard to keep the calories and the sodium down. I have lost 13lbs, and 7 inches which is not to bad for two months worth of work. Hoping this continues. I was doing two jillian videos a day, But I am kind of at a burn out phase, so I am back at 1 a day. Otherwise I am afraid I might quit. So heres to not quiting.
