so havent posted in awhile
Been doing jillians workout videos, all three of them. Started october 12th, trying really hard to keep the calories and the sodium down. I have lost 13lbs, and 7 inches which is not to bad for two months worth of work. Hoping this continues. I was doing two jillian videos a day, But I am kind of at a burn out phase, so I am back at 1 a day. Otherwise I am afraid I might quit. So heres to not quiting.

Yeah so its been awhile!!
So I have worked out maybe once a week since the beginning of june. Ever since we called of our ragnar race I kind of lost motivation. But I am tired of being fat so I am on the road to success again.

Didn't workout this morning so had to do it at night while jake was on splits. Wow remind me to work out after the kids are in bed and jake is home. The kids took full advantage of the fact that I was on the treadmill. Anyways I ran 5 miles it took 61.20 mins which isn't great but I walked the first three and the last 11.20. Did my jillian, now I have to wait for jake to get home to shower, so the heathens don't get out. hehe

So can I just say I totally regret taking a week off? I ran to mcdonalds and back and it took everything I had. I walked 1/4 mile of it, and to boot my mp3 battery died when I got to mcdonalds so i had to run home with no music. it sucked.

Ran to mcdonalds and had a quarter pounder and mcflurry. Just kidding I really did go to mcdonalds and back though. I clocked it and it said it was 8 miles. woohoo!!! did it in about 1 hr 20 min

I know, I know des I should have gone to running club, but after my hubby nagging me for awhile and reminding me what a failure I would feel like if I didn't just hop on the treadmill, I hopped on and I ran 7.5 in 90 minutes. Sorry for ditching you des!!! I totally could have gone. My neck still hurts but not when I run.

Woohoo!!!!!!!!!!! Great day!!!! Didn't work out until the end of the day. But I did my jillian and got.... are you ready des..... 7.52 miles in 90 minutes. I know the time isn't great and I had to stop I think 5 times for a mmm... 20 second or so water break. But hey I did it right!!!!!!!!!

Did my jillian and ran on the treadmill. I ran for 75 minutes and got 6.25 miles. I can't wait for the day i can say 7 miles. It will be great!!!!!!!!! Also I had my weigh in today.......I lost.......(you like the biggest looser making you wait effect) 3lbs thi sweek woohoo!!! Jillian michaels rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So a total of 6 lbs. Because I WILL KEEP THIS UP I will lose 20lbs by the auction!!! Like The positive thinking?

Lost 3 lbs last week. Had a great workout!!! Got 6.18 miles in 75 minutes!!!!!!!!!!! Woohoo!!!!!!!!

So I did my jillian work out and ran. But I waited till night time so I only was able to do 3 miles. I got to tired toward the end so I walked the last quarter. I regret it now. I should have stuck it out. It took me 36 min in all. Still not a great time. Prob could have done it in 34 had I not walked. Oh well.

Okay des I know I am copying you, but I thought I would start posting my workout progress so I can keep track. So today I did my jillian workout and treadmill for 75 minutes. I only got 6 miles. But a girls gotta start somewhere. Above is my wall of inspiration. I know it is not very pretty and well put together but I didn't have a frame. Again quote stole from des. (she has a lot of great ideas!!!)
