april 28th

ran 4.75 miles 3 min warm up 10 min cool down 60 mins total time. Did my jillian

Goals for week:
Run to hay farm and back. (5 miles or so)
Run at least 30 mins every day this week
Do my jillian every day this week

Obviously some of these goals don't include monday. HEHE
